The College Advisory Program (CAP) is designed to assist any Palatine Celtic SC player that has the desire play soccer at the collegiate level. Though the path is difficult, we are here to guide our soccer players towards achieving their goal to playing in college both on and off the field. Our main priority with this program is to educate both players and parents on the college process including: timeline for both players & parents, the recruiting process, and all other factors leading to the success of our players.
Celtic SC will offer its players a program and schedule of events, including its college information night, one on one meetings with their head coach and CAP advisor, competitive league and tournament play, as well as the ability to attend regional showcase events in order to allow players the opportunity to display their talents for college coaches.
If you are one of our current high school players, you need to have a profile. This can be done using our online template. Please contact JJ Ruane, on how you can go about setting profiles up independently as a team.
The success of every player’s college process is the result of time and effort put in by the Player, the Parent, and the Club in that order. While Celtic can be the vehicle that drives this process, it remains solely up to the individual on how successful this process can be by the amount of effort they put forth.
